Provides Early Head Start home-base services to income eligible expectant mothers and children through 2 years of age. And all day and year round preschool services for children ages 3-5 years. It is our hope that we make a difference in the lives of children and families by being leaders in the implementation and modeling of a high quality, diverse, and creative Early Childhood Program.
