User ID = Your 9-digit Social Security number, SS# (without dashes)
Password = Your 7-digit member number (e.g., member 1234 has a password of 001234)
If you have used the system (or 401Save.com) previously, your User ID and Password remain unchanged. Please contact the Call Center at the number shown below if you need assistance.
It is recommended that you change your User ID and Password by clicking on the “Gear” icon located on top-right of the website and then selecting “User ID/ Password Change” from the sub-menu. It is also recommended that you click on “Personal Info” under the same icon to set up an Alternate Verification Question which can be used to retrieve your Password, should you forget it. For your own protection, keep your Password confidential. Do not disclose it to anyone.

Minor Tax Payments
Withdrawal amounts will be allowed to cover any 1099 income generated from the Tribe that can be attributed to the minor’s trust accounts. Tribal Members turning 55 will automatically be enrolled into the program to receive $1,200 per month. The First payment will begin one month after the member’s birthday (this is taxable income). Using the address we have on file, members will receive the following program information one month prior to their 55th birthday:

Available to Tribal Elders age 55 or older who are receiving disability through the Social Security Administration. Members must provide a copy of their award letter from the Social Security Administration, along with a Tribal Disability Application. Members enrolled into this program will receive $1,200 per month. For more information contact Member Services at 1-800-422-0232 ext. 2253
Non Elder SSI/SSD
Tribal Members on this program are eligible to receive $800 per month. This program is available to Members age 18 to 54 who receive disability payments through the Social Security Administration. Members must provide a copy of their award letter from the Social Security Administration and a completed Disability Application to Member Services at 1-800-422-0232.
Medicare Part B Reimbursements
Tribal Members may be reimbursed for their Medicare Part B deduction from the Social Security Administration. Members must provide a copy of their Medicare card, a completed form and a statement from the Social Security Administration showing the Medicare deduction or premiums paid by the Tribal member. Address Changes can be made through any Member Services Staff by calling 1-800-422-0232 or by submitting the following Change of Address Form to 9615 Grand Ronde Rd, Grand Ronde, OR 97347, Attn: Member Services Program.
Tribal Members enrolled in this program can receive up to $800 per month. Available to Members ages 18-54 who are receiving disability payments through the Veterans Administration. Members must provide a copy of their rating decision letter from the Veterans Administration along with a completed Tribal Veterans Disability Application to Member Services at 1-800-422-0232 ext. 2253.
* Please Note: Members are only eligible to receive either Elders Pension or one of the disability benefits per month.
