We provide our clients with help for all activities of daily living; this includes medication assistance, injections, and other routine care; assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene, and help managing challenges created by confusion. We have an RN available to delegate skilled nursing tasks. The client will be able to remain in the Foster Care Program from admittance through Hospice.                

At our lodges, a wide range of services are available in a comfortable setting where privacy is respected and maximum independence is supported. Each client has a private room with a private bath, phone and cable TV. There is a whirlpool bath in each lodge. Three home-cooked meals are served daily in our dinging room; housekeeping and laundry services are provided, as well as transportation to medical appointments, etc. We also hold recreational and wellness activities planned around our clients interests.

Eligible clients include Tribal Members and Tribal Member spouses. Our Adult Foster Care Lodges are committed to offering quality care to our Adult Members and to help them remain as independent as possible, while providing the personalized assistance they need.

There is an application process to verify HUD (Housing and Urban Development) eligibility and an initial contact and screening process that the resident and Director go through prior to admission.
