The Tribal Council meetings are intended to be safe venues in which Tribal members, community members and guests can share their ideas, thoughts, and concerns. Please be courteous and respectful to all speakers.Official recordings of Council meetings (indicating whether or not they have been edited) will be available to Tribal members from the Council's Executive Coordinator for $5 each.  Except for official recordings made by the Tribe, no audio or video recording of Council meetings will be permitted.

a. Tribal Police Department Regional Automated Network (RAIN) Agreement and PRIORS Agreement with City of Salem -resolution 
Date: 01-14-14 Present: 9 of 9 Recommendation: 9 yes 
The Committee recommends the Tribal Council adopt a resolution authorizing the General Manager to enter into 1) the Agreement    between the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and Regional Automated Information Network, and 2) the    Police Records Management Software Services Agreement between the City of Salem and the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde.

b. FY2014 Referenced Funding Agreement Addendum to Transportation Program Agreement  Between the Tribe and Bureau of Indian Affairs    - resolution 
Date: 01-21-14 Present: 6 of 9 Recommendation: 6 yes 

The Committee recommends the Tribal Council adopt a resolution: 1) approves the Tribal FY2014 Referenced Funding Agreement      addendum to the Transportation Program Agreement between The Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the     United States Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs entered into on September 18, 2013; and 2) authorizing the      General Manager to sign the FY2014 Referenced Funding Agreement on behalf of the Tribe.

c. Selection of Automated Election Services as Tribe's Election Administrator - resolution 
Date:  01-21-14 Present: 6 of 9 Recommendation: 6 yes 

The Committee recommends the Tribal Council adopt a resolution:  1) selecting Automated Election Services to provide all      technical support services for the Tribe's elections through December 31, 2015, as recommended by the Election Board; and 2)      authorizing the Tribal Council Chairman to negotiate, with the assistance of the Tribal Attorney's Office, and sign a contract      with Automated Election Services for such services.

3. Legislative Action Committee
a. Dis-Enrollment - resolution
Date:  12-10-13 Present:  8 of 9 Recommendation:  6 yes 1 no 1 abstain

The Committee recommends the Tribal Council adopt a resolution dis-enrolling Tribal Member #29 because based on the       investigation, the Tribal member is/was duly enrolled in another federally recognized Tribe therefore does not meet the      requirements for enrollment, in accordance with the Tribal Constitution and Enrollment Ordinance.

b. Enrollment Infant Determinations - resolution 
Date: 01-14-14  Present: 9 of 9 Recommendation: 9 yes 

The Committee recommends the Tribal Council adopt a resolution approving two (2) infants numbered #6212 and #6213 for Tribal      membership, because, based on the investigation and recommendation of the Enrollment staff, the infants have been found to meet     the eligibility requirements for enrollment as defined in the Tribal Constitution and Enrollment Ordinance.
