Transportation
There will be a daily shuttle provided throughout the conference between the Spirit Mountain Casino and the McMinnville hotels with blocked rooms. There will also be a centrally located pick up and drop off location in McMinnville at the Old McMinnville Theater at the corner of Evans and 3rd Street. If you plan to utilize our complimentary shuttle service, please be sure to indicate this on your registration form.
Transportation from Portland Airport to/from Grand Ronde:
There will not be any formally organized transportation provided from the airport for attendees due to the wide variety of arrival and departure times. So we can only suggest taking a cab, renting a car, or finding others with similar travel plans and sharing transportation expenses. If you are planning to stay at the Spirit Mountain Lodge, you will be in walking distance for all TLS meetings and we will provide shuttle transportation for our one evening event that is not within walking distance. If you are planning to stay at or near one of the three blocked hotels in McMinnville, we will have shuttle transportation provided throughout the week of the Summit. Be sure to indicate this on your registration.
