Oregon Survivors Affected by Wildfires:
Application for Federal Disaster Assistance

State and federal officials are encouraging Oregon residents affected by the wildfires and straight-line winds, which began on Sept. 7 and are continuing, to register for disaster assistance with FEMA as soon as possible. More information here.

Assistance for Veterans Affected by Wildfires

The USDVA has emergency assistance for veterans affected by the wildfires in Oregon and California.  The assistance is through the PenFed Foundation and is only available through September 30. Visit their website for more information here.

Tribal Operations Updates

Reservation: CLOSED- Gates to Tribal Reservation lands are CLOSED to all traffic until further notice. This includes foot traffic.

Tribal Government Offices: OPEN- Wednesday, 9/16/2020

Clinic: OPEN- All services are operating.

Pharmacy: OPEN- Pharmacy is operating and working to meet patient needs. The only way to order refills is via our website refill site ( https://cyberscript.ais-rx.com/Independents/Login.aspx?IndependentStoreNumber=3843150&ImageLib=GrandRonde ) or through the Grand Ronde Pharmacy phone app. The phone application can be downloaded from your phone app store by searching "Grand Ronde Pharmacy". 

Tribal Insurance will allow patients with an urgent refill need may use an outside pharmacy through Monday, 9/14/20. Patients can present the outside pharmacy with a prescription label per Governor Brown’s authorized Emergency Pharmacy Rules, present insurance information and pay any copays. Pharmacies can contact the Board of Pharmacy, if they have any questions; and patients can call Shasta at 800-880-5877 or 800-441-4518 if they have any problems.

Tribal Housing: Housing will be replacing air filters in all housing units as soon as it is safe to do so. We will be contacting tenants to schedule a time to replace the filters within the next couple of days.
