Home Repair

The Home Repair Program provides up to a $10,000 lifetime grant to enrolled members of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde homeowners for repairs to a Primary residence. The grants must be used for basic repair and/or replacement, if required, of structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. There are income restrictions for this program.

Service area: The home must be located in the United States with a preference given to properties located in the HUD six (6) county service area: Yamhill, Polk, Marion, Tillamook, Washington, or Multnomah.

LIHEAP

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for Weatherization provides grants to low income enrolled members of Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde who are homeowners with a need for basic energy related repairs to their Primary Residence. Grant amount not to exceed $3,500.

Service area: Within the State of Oregon in the LIHEAP seven county service area of Yamhill, Polk, Marion, Tillamook, Washington, Multnomah, and Clackamas.

Medical Adaptation

The Medical Adaptation Grant provides up to a $10,000 lifetime grant to enrolled members of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde for medically necessary access ramps, grab bars, toilet supports, shower/tub modification, hand-held showerheads, adaptive sinks, toilets, faucet hardware, enlargement of doorways, or air-filtering systems. Please see Program Policies & Procedures below for more information regarding income requirements on this program.

Service area: The home must be located in the United States with a preference given to properties located in the HUD six (6) county service area: Yamhill, Polk, Marion, Tillamook, Washington, or Multnomah.

Property Improvement

The Property Improvement Matching Grant is a non-income based grant program established to assist Tribal members with matching funds to perform permanent improvements to that Tribal member’s home which increases value of the home or the real property on which it is located.
