Secretary

Michael Cherry was born and raised in Oregon and is a proud member of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde where she began her career in Indian Child Welfare in 1990. Most recently she worked for the Spirit Mountain Community Fund as the Executive Director and prior to that served as the Spirit Mountain Casino as a Marketing Manager from 2009 to 2017. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and is studying for her Master’s degree. She is happily married with 5 children, three grandsons & a granddaughter residing in Salem, Oregon. Michael feels honored to be serving in her role as an elected official of Tribal Council for the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde.
