Optimized Personal Purchasing Program with Amazon Business
The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde is excited to announce that we are optimizing our centralized Amazon Business account and allowing all tribal members to receive this benefit for free! (Once we confirm your membership) You will be receiving an invitation to this account next week, and this email is to ensure you have a solid understanding of the process and to know this is not spam.
This new program allows you to take advantage of Amazon’s wide product selection and competitive prices for business purchases. If you do NOT receive an invite, there is a link below to get added!
Shopping on Amazon Business is as user-friendly as Amazon.com. Additional benefits include:
- Free expedited shipping with Business Prime
- Business discounts, including the ability to choose an Amazon Delivery Day that will help you receive additional discounts and reduce the number of deliveries you receive daily!
- Business-specific pricing, including quantity/bulk discounts on eligible items
- We are also working with Amazon to highlight local businesses, diverse sellers, and sustainable products!

Moving forward, all Tribal members will be quickly vetted before we add you to the Tribal member group in our business account. Please fill out the form from the link below. Once you submit and are approved, you will then receive a link to sign up. After you sign up, you will then get approved by tribal administrations to begin shopping. Please note this may take 1-3 business days for all approvals.
Please note the following items:
- While we are responsible for initially adding you, we are not ‘administrators’ of your account. You will be responsible for all order issues, returns, account recovery, password issues, etc. We have limited bandwidth to help, but have provided helpful screenshots below to help you get up and going!
- Right now, this Business membership does not include Prime Video, Music, etc.… We are working on getting those added, but as of right now, it is NOT included. If you wish to keep these benefit please choose to retain your personal consumer account with Amazon.
- Tax Exemption: Most tribal members who reside in Oregon will automatically receive a tax exemption based on their shipping zip code. If you reside in a state where tax is charged, please either save your receipts or run an order report to receive refunds. Please DO NOT upload any tax exemptions or IDs to the group account; they will be removed.
