In 2003 the Tribe acquired the Cherry City Shopping Center, a 60,709 SF multi-tenant retail center located on 4.91-acres of commercial land in Salem, Oregon. The property is managed by the Tribal Lands Department in coordination through the Tribe’s Iskum II LLC and provides steady net revenue (profit) to the Tribe. Following strategic improvements of center operations, the property has significantly increased in value.

The property is improved with three buildings, including one in-line retail building, one pad building with drive-thru, and a pad site with coffee kiosk. The property is currently nearly 100% occupied by 18 businesses that offer a variety of goods and services to customers:
