CTGR Embassy Building

In 2009, the Tribe acquired the property now known as the CTGR Embassy, a two-story, multi-tenant professional office building that includes 18,101 SF of net rentable area on a 1.08-acre lot located in southwest Portland, Oregon. The property is now fully leased, including tenant and Tribal program occupied suites.  Property and lease management are provided by Tribal Lands Department.  Lewis and Clark College leases several suites in the building.

Prior to the purchase, the Tribe was leasing space in Portland for outreach programs managed through the Social Services Department.  With rent prices high in the area, the Tribe chose to purchase a building that would meet the needs of our Portland operations while generating additional income from leasing space.

The CTGR Embassy continues to provide steady net revenue to the Tribe and has significantly increased in value.
