Personal information you disclose to us.
In Short: The Tribe collects personal information that you provide to us.
The Tribe collects personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or the Tribe’s Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that the Tribe collects depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information the Tribe collects may include the following:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Enrollment Number
Sensitive Information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, the Tribe process the following categories of sensitive information:
- Date of Birth
- Last Four Digits of Social Security Number
Payment Data. The Tribe may collect data necessary to process your payment if you submit payments online, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument.
Application Data. If you use the Tribe’s application(s), the Tribe may also collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
- Mobile Device Access. The Tribe may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's bluetooth, calendar, camera, own, and other features. If you wish to change the Tribe’s access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
- Mobile Device Data. The Tribe automatically collects device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using the Tribe’s application(s), the Tribe may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, and information about the features of the Tribe’s application(s) you accessed.
- Push Notifications. The Tribe may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of the Tribe’s application(s), for troubleshooting, and for the Tribe’s internal analytics and reporting purposes.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit the Tribe’s Services.
The Tribe automatically collects certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use the Tribe’s Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of the Tribe’s Services, and for the Tribe’s internal analytics and reporting purposes.
The Tribe also collects information through cookies and similar technologies. We currently use “cookies” on our website to detect your web browser’s multimedia capabilities and to provide a unique identifier to your computer so that we can generate statistics regarding website usage. Cookies may also be used to help speed your future activities or to improve your user experience by remembering information from your computer that was not voluntarily provided by you (i.e., during registration) but does not include data that will identify you personally. "Cookies" are text files that store very small bits of information that help to identify you and your session interacting with a website. The information the Tribe collects includes:
- Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information the Tribe’s servers automatically collect when you access or use the Tribe’s Services and which the Tribe records in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called "crash dumps"), and hardware settings).
- Device Data. The Tribe collects device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.
- Location Data. The Tribe collects location data such as information about your device's location, which can be either precise or imprecise. How much information the Tribe collects depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Services. For example, the Tribe may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information either by refusing access to the information or by disabling your Location setting on your device. However, if you choose to opt out, you may not be able to use certain aspects of the Services.
Information collected from other sources
In Short: The Tribe may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and other outside sources.
In order to enhance the Tribe’s ability to provide relevant marketing and services to you and update the Tribe’s records, the Tribe may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, partners, affiliate programs, data providers, social media platforms, and from other third parties. This information includes mailing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data (or user behavior data), Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, social media profiles, social media URLs, and custom profiles, for purposes event promotion. If you interact with us on a social media platform using your social media account (e.g., Facebook or Twitter), the Tribe receives personal information about you such as your name, email address, and gender. Any personal information that the Tribe collects from your social media account depends on your social media account's privacy settings.
- HOW DOES THE TRIBE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: The Tribe processes your information to provide, improve, and administer the Tribe’s Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. The Tribe may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.
The Tribe processes your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with the Tribe’s Services, including:
- To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. The Tribe may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. The Tribe may process your information to provide you with the requested service.
- To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. The Tribe may process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.

This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless the Tribe has instructed them to do it. Accordingly, the Tribe does not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties, and the Tribe will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications. The inclusion of a link towards a third-party website, service, or application does not imply an endorsement by us. The Tribe cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy notice. - HOW LONG DOES THE TRIBE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: The Tribe keeps your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.
The Tribe will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
When the Tribe has no ongoing legitimate need to process your personal information, the Tribe will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then the Tribe will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

The Tribe has implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information the Tribe processes. However, despite the Tribe’s safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so the Tribe cannot guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat the Tribe’s security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although the Tribe will do it’s best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from the Tribe’s Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
- DOES THE TRIBE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: The Tribe does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
The Tribe do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If the Tribe learns that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, without the consent of the parent or guardian, the Tribe will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from the Tribe’s records. Withdrawing your consent: If the Tribe is relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Account Information
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

- Upon your request to terminate your account, the Tribe will deactivate or delete your account and information from the Tribe’s active databases.
