Mission Statement

The pharmacy program is committed to providing Tribal members, Native Americans of other tribes, Tribal Employees, and community members with quality medications, useful prescription counseling, and insightful medication chart reviews. By working cooperatively with other medical providers, our goal is to improve a patient’s quality of life by using up-to-date scientific studies, prescription and nonprescription medications, and other complementary therapies.

Getting Started

To begin receiving pharmacy services, patients need to be registered with the clinic. Contact Patient Registration for details, 503-879-2096

Prescriptions for Grand Ronde Tribal members and descendants are free of charge, unless the medication is not covered by the Tribal health benefit. Native Americans of other tribes, Non-Native American Tribal employees, and community members could be charged for their medications, depending on insurance coverage. This can be further clarified by calling the pharmacy staff, 503-879-2342.
